Outer casing is made of thick Mild Steel Sheet having powder coated.  Insulation is done by high temperature graded insulation bricks and mica powder.  Grooved muffle are supported by bricks and the  heating element are made of kanthal wire are coiled and fixed in the groove to give maximum heat up 1000 Deg. C which can be  utilized continuously . Basic unit is fitted by Digital Temp Controller cum Indicator  and to work on 220V 440 V A. C. only. These Furnace is available in following standard size

• Option: Microprocessed PID controller having 4 ramp & 4 soak profile having set mode, alarm parameter, configuration parameter, profile parameter, set point profile, Pv error indicator , parameter for locking etc.
  
• Alarm:It is possible to provide electronic alarm, if temperature deviates more than ± 5 °C to cost extra .
