Job Description – Inside Sales Representative (Hybrid, Mumbai)

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth in the biotech, pharmaceutical, and laboratory sectors.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about sales in the biotech and pharma industry, eager to work in a fast-growing e-commerce platform for lab equipment, and looking to build a rewarding career.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Reach out to potential customers through phone, email, and online platforms.
• Identify new business opportunities and convert leads into clients.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers in the biotech and pharma industry.
• Provide product information and recommend suitable lab equipment or consumables.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales reports in CRM tools.

 

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree (Science, Biotech, Pharma, or related field preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or client servicing.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of biotech, pharma, or laboratory products is an added advantage.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with a hybrid work model.
