A high temperature-baking oven for baking of chapatti, bread, biscuits etc. The chamber is made of G.I.sheet and has a rotating disc of 24" diameter, which rotates at the rate of 1 r.p.m. (Fixed). The disc has 6 iron plates on top, which can be removed from door for cleaning and loading. On opening of front door the disc stops by means of micro-switch. The door is fitted with double toughened glass. Temperature up to 400°C controlled by an Imported thermostat with dial thermometer. Complete unit with electric motor, indicators, switch etc.,
