a. metamorphic rocks arise from the transformation of existing rock types, in a process called metamorphism, which means "change in form".
this collection contains 15 types of basic rocks specimens of metamorphic rocks types. The metamorphic rock specimens include some of the following anthresite, gniess, khondalite, marble, pegmatite, quartizite, serpentine & slate etc.
