This bath is suitable for all laboratory application requiring constant temperature to high degree of accuracy typical use include pysio-chemical and botanical experiments, specific gravity determination and conductivity test.

The bath is constructed of double walled, internal made of Stainless Steel 304 Qlty, and external of mild Steel and painted in Epoxy Powder Coating. 25mm mineral wool insulation on sides and bottom. With perforated and removable diffuser shelf and brass drain plug. A sealed glass window of Size: 230 x 130mm is also provided on the front.

Temperature Control: The temperature is controlled by a Microprocessed PID controller having 4 ramp & 4 soak profile having set mode, alarm parameter, configuration parameter, profile parameter, set point profile, Pv error indicator, parameter for locking etc having temperature range 0º C to 100 º C. but the temperature in the bath can be controlled from 10 ºC above ambient to 100 º C. in the variation up to plus minus 0.2 º C. The bath is fitted with three nickel chromium immersion heater of 750W, 250W & 125W and each elements has separate ON-OFF switch. This bath is supplied with stirrer of 1/20 H.P. high speed motor with Stainless Steel stirring rod and blade with speed regulatoc.

Control Panel:Control panel has been given exactly below the working chamber and panel has three ON-OFF switches for heaters , two indicators , main on-off switch and a speed regulator knob, wire & plug to work on 220/230 volts A.C. only.
