Precleaned vials
Product Details:
Our STERIVAD vials are washed, cleaned and are particulate free and packed in class 10000 area. Newly manufactured vials may contain release agents and contaminants from the manufacturing factory which coats all surfaces of these vials on both the inside and outside. The storage or transportation of vials also have the possibility of adding contaminants as well. To obtain clean containers or clean vials, rigorous mechanical, chemical, or other cleaning procedures must be employed.
Applications can include:
- Environmental: water and soil testing
- Pharmaceutical: research and validations
- Oil Analysis: particles from machinery wear
- QC Sampling: visible particles
- Clean Room: particle count
