DSDNA is a specific serological marker for Systematic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE). The detection of anti-dsDNA antibodies is of exceptionally high diagnostic & clinical significance as a direct role of dsDNA antibodies in the pathogenesis of SLE.

Features:

• Our microtiter plates are coated with recombinant human double-stranded DNA.
• Wide standard range between 0-300 U/ml.
• dsDNA Check - ensures separate as well as combined determination of anti-dsDNA antibodies of all three isotopes (IgG, IgM & IgA). 
• Results are at par with Gold Standard "FARR Assay".
• Calibration of the dsDNA IgG test is performed according to the international WHO standard & results are given in international units (IU).
