• Oscar Dengue NS-1 card is a rapid test based upon lateral flow technology for qualitative detection of Dengue NS-1 antigen in human serum / plasma. NS-1 is an earliest serological marker for early detection of Dengue infection and it can be detected in OSCAR NS-1 Ag Card test before appearance of IgM & IgG antibodies.
• We are offering individual pack of NS-1 Dengue Antigen Test instead of combi pack with antibody test. The user has liberty to diagnose only NS-1 for early diagnosis of Dengue infection. In early stage of infection, detection of IgM and IgG antibody is not desirable.
• Our test has very simple procedure. Just add 2-3 drops of serum / plasma in sample well and read result within 5-20 minutes. No buffer is required to perform the test.
• The OSCAR NS-1 Ag Kit is available in 5T pack and whole sale pack is being offered in 40T pack. Each whole sale pack contains 8 kits of 5T each.
• The tests have been evaluated with known positive and negative samples. In-house results shows good sensistivity / specifity and comparable to the leading brands available in the Indian market.
• Kit can be stored at 2-30°C or at room temperature.
