Online alloying elements addition system High Vacuum pumping system which consists of Oil Diffusion Pump, Roots Rotary Combination Pump with Valves and measuring gauges Arc melting power supply having operating current from 500 A-5000 A at operating voltage of 20-40 V with short circuit protection. Facility for continuous casting in a special crucible with a retraction arrangement directly connected to the furnace bottom flange. Crucible Assembly System is loacted below the furnace chamber and it consists of crucible, inner and outer jacket, stirring coil arrangement.
