Special Features

• Double walled unit horizontally strong,  stainless steel tubular stand.
• Construction of Chamber and Boiler (steam generator) S.S. 304 is done from grade.
  
• Lid made of stainless steel tightened by radial locking system (single piece door).
• The seal of lid by Neoprene rubber gasket
  
• To reduce heat loss, covered by insulated chamber and polished stainless steel sheet by mineral/glass wool is covered.
• Equipped with pressure gauges, safety valves and steam release valves.
  
• Sterilizing temperature up to 1350C.
• Sterilizing pressure: 1.2 to 1.5 kg/cm2 (15 psi to 22psi)
  
• Hydraulically tested up to 40 psi.
• These autoclaves work on the principle of displacement under the wind which is the most economical way of obtaining sterilization.
• Equipped with different valves for injecting steam in the main chamber.
  
• In the case of vacuum formation due to steam compaction, it is equipped with automatic vacuum breaker to break the vacuum.
• Equipped with automatic low water level cut-off device for heaters prevention.
  
• Steam release is equipped with automatic pressure control switch to reduce the consumption of electricity by reducing continuous opening of the valve. This cuts the power supply to the heater when the set pressure is received and activates the heating elements again when falling under the pressure point.
• Equipped with dial thermometer to indicate the internal chamber temperature.
• Voltage: 220V AC (50Hz).
