The washing machine is indexing type, with separate operating stations.
The operating stations are –
Component loading/unloading
Component Solution Spray Washing for degreasing (@ 15 to 18 bar at 50 to 55 degree C)
Component Water Spray Washing for rinsing (@ 6 to 8 bar at 50 to 55 degree C)
Dripping and compressed air blow
Hot Air drying by using blower.
The machine consists of –

• Separate spray washing , rinsing , Hot air and compressed air drying chambers
• Separate storage tanks for Washing and rinsing situated below the chamber .
  
• Sieve basket filter is provided for arresting coarse contaminants before entering the liquid to wash tank.
• Inline simplex bag and cartage type filter for degreasing solution spray and cartage filter for rinsing operation.
  
• AC geared motor for movement of component from various stations of operations at a fixed low speed. Variable frequency drive is provided to adjust the speed.
• Hot Air blow to remove excess solution droplets from the component surfaces in drying chamber.
  
• Compressed air line provided with booster and reservoir to maintain sufficient drying pressure
• Centrifugal Pump with suction valve for washing and rinsing
  
• Liquid level indicator cum controller with low level safety interlock.
• PLC logic based control panel with necessary safeties and interlocks for smooth functioning of the machine with operator control box on front side.
