Air cooled electron beam power supply capable of supplying power to 1/2/3 electron beam source with necessary cables Programmable sweep controller to control the position amplitude and frequency of the electron beam sweep in lateral and longitudinal axes. Quartz Crystal Thickness monitor Kaufman type ion source with power supply to facilitate either ion beam assisted deposition or ion beam sputtering from a given target. Ion cleaning facility, Air operated source shutter Substrate rotation, heating and cooling facility and air admittance and gas purging facility. Standard interlocks and safety mechanism.
