Diffusible Hydrogen Testing Apparatus (By Mercury Method) is useful for determination of diffusible Hydrogen of deposited weld metal by mercury method.
Features:
Y-Tube: This will be as per DIN Standard instead of IS Standard. The shape of the tube is like “Y” form instead of “U” shape. Stop Cock will be only at one end instead of both the end to avoid leakage
Copper Jig: The Copper Jig will be as per IS: 11802
Cooling Chamber: The cooling chamber is made of S.S. Vessel with proper insulation. A copper tube for bubbling CO2 Gas is also provided. When Methyl Alcohol is filled in the vessel by bubbling CO2 gas, the temperature of the bath will go down to -60 degree Centigrade
Vacuum Pump: A small vacuumizer operating on single phase will be provided
