• The SM5051 is a high performance Universal Counter. The instrument has three high sensitive inputs and provides signal measurement capability from 01 Hz to 1 GHz. Period measurement can be done from 1 us to 100s. With a very high timing resolution, precise measurements can be performed in the period averaging mode. This enables reliable measurements in fast logic circuitry.
• SM5051 has been designed to deliver optimum performance at low cost with high reliability in diverse applications such as frequency monitoring, production testing , research and development and education amongst others.
