“Biogen” Fermentor unit is designed for easy handling. It is simple to use and combinespractical aspects with low costs Study construction , outer shell . Inner chamber and steam jacket made of thick16 gauge stainless steel. Lid is also made of stainless steel and is tightened by screws and is provided with best quality joint less neoprene gasket to avoid any risk and trouble free operation .Air insulation is provided with boiler and outer shell. The Heating is done with an ISI mark heating element. These Fermentor are fitted with water level indicator to indicate the water level inside the boiler, steam release cock pressure gauge. Drain valve. Spring loaded safety valves etc. pressure is maintained in between 5 to22 p.s.i.. which is indicated by pressure gauge . line air filter . outer two jackets are provided with copper/SS coil for water re-circulation with auto pressure cutoff device provided with air compressor for aeration in Fermentor.
