Why do you need gas detection instruments?

Various types of toxic and flammable gases are constantly used in the industrial part of the process. It is a common sight to see the "EX" mark in many places in any industrial environment. The EX symbol means "explosive areas," and additional safety measures must be followed to protect these areas from fire. In addition, the use of various toxic and flammable gases such as carbon monoxide (CO), hydrogen sulfide (H2S), phosphine (PH3), nitrogen oxides (NOx), and ethylene oxide (ETO) is common in many industries.

Despite being extremely careful while handling these gases, the possibility of leaks is unavoidable. Gas detectors with fixed sensors are very efficient at monitoring industrial areas for potential gas leaks. Detection principle: The system provides 24V standard DC voltage to the external detector, collecting a standard (4–20) mA input signal to analyze and complete the display alarm operation.

Suitable for: This fixed gas detector can be connected to the control panel, alarm information would be displayed in the control panel by uploading 485 or currency signal.
