- A Funnel is a useful piece of laboratory equipment with a narrow pipe pointing downwards of a wide crater like opening on the top.
- It is primarily used to pour down liquid or other fine-grained material into a container.
- Completing such tasks with a funnel avoids spillage of the liquid or the material being poured down into the container.
