The gate valves are made of SS304 material. They are commonly used for isolating high vacuum pumps from the chamber and load lock applications. We offer models with manual or electro-pneumatic operation. They provide high conductance and shock free operation with minimum vibration. These valves are fitted either with neoprene or Viton ‘O’ rings depending on the requirement. They are leak tested using a M.S.L.D upto a leak rate 10-9 std cc/sec.
