These are basic coated electrodes used for depositing the hard surfaces, having the high resistance to the wear. Easy to operate on both DC (+) and AC currents, the electrodes offered by us, allows the multi layer build up on the parts which are excessively works without any risk of the weld metal cracking. Further, this helps in reducing the requirement for buffer layers through mild steel electrodes.
 
Applications:

Recommendation:
The electrodes should be kept dry
It is safe practice to re bake the electrode at 250C to 350C for one hour before use
Do not apply more than 3 layers on top of one another
Hold short arc, use minimum currents and avoid excessive weaving to obtain best results
