Characteristics & Applications:


Our offered Asian 7018 is a type of heavy coated low hydrogen iron powder electrodes, which are specially designed for the high quality welds. These are useful for preventing the under bead cracking as well as depositing crack free X-ray quality welds. The offered electrode has metal recovery ranging from 110%-130%. Besides, our offered electrodes are highly demanded for their widely application in manufacturing the components made of steels to 15-2062-99 Gr, C or for other applications where there is the requirement of low temperature impact property. Moreover, these widely used for machinery construction and steel fabrications, welding of cast steel and cast irons, pressure vessels, boilers, off-shore applications, earth moving machines, coaches wagons and many other sectors.
 
Recommendations:
Store electrodes dry
Use the short arc and move slowly
If moist, dry electrodes at 350°C for at least one hour
