all external cases are made of mild steel, often with strong seamless weling & covered with a thick layer powder coating. Internal surface (including the doors) are manufactured from either aluminium or stainless steel, with great care in order to tliminate sharp edges.
the double walled chamber is filled with high grade insulation to prevent heat loss. Elements are of the sheathed black type are put inside beads & placed at the bottom & in both the side ribs are placed for uniform temperature. The door closed on to an as bestos gasket the shelves slide neatly into the fixed runners. The fixed vatilators are provided on both side of the wall. The thermometer is provided on the top of oven to check the temperature. The oven is mounted on four rubber feet to prevent slipping & this protects the bench surface.
