Product Description

Labfolk make Humidity Ovens are made of double walled construction with backside triple walled. Full view inner Toughened glass door & front door with gasket & lock. Motorized blower is fitted on the back side for uniform temperature & humidity. 3 thick PUF insulation to ensure stable temperature with humidity. The unit is provided with adjustable stainless steel rod mesh tray. The equipment is mounted on caster wheels for easy movement.

Standard Models: Inner made of Stainless Steel (S.S.304) with mirror finish & Outer GI/MS duly powder coated.

GMP Models: Inner made of Stainless Steel (S.S.316) & Outer S.S.304 mirror finish.

Construction: 50 mm validation port hole with silicon rubber seal to insert sensors for validation. Full view observation Acrylic door with gasket to observe sample inside the chamber.

Controlling System: Two separate imported microprocessor based auto tune PID controller with CE mark & dual display of set value & process value for temperature & humidity with direct %RH.

Air Circulation: Motorized blower at back side of the chamber develops unique air flow system which ensures maxmium uniform temperature & humidity condition inside the chamber.

Heating System: High quality U shape S.S. tubular heater is used for better heating.

Humididty System: Steam injection system (Non condensing type) & reservoir tank with water level arrangement with indicator.
