SCOPE: RASAYAN laboratory shakers are known for dependable operation and innovative design. RASAYAN offers the widest selection of biological shakers in the industry. Our top-of-the-line laboratory shaker feature the RASAYAN eccentric drive for uniform motion and superb reliability under the most adverse conditions. Many of these shakers now provide the added convenience of a programmable controller for automating multiple changes to temperature, speed and running time. Several stackable shakers are also offered, with new lower profile enabling them to also fit on or under your lab bench. Our orbital shakers provide excellent performance and value for less demanding applications. SALIENT FEATURES: – Large LED display for speed and time settings – Integrated PID temperature control. – Junction box in the workspace for connection of an additional temperature sensor e.g. PT 1000. – Electronic temperature and speed control – Electronic timer switch: 0 – 99 h (set by the minute or by the hour) – With built-in cooling spiral for connection to an external cooling unit. – Unit stops automatically when hood is lifted – Collecting tray with drain hose on rear of unit – Simple operation.

MODE OF HEATING:-

These units are high performance shaking incubators with built-in orbital shaker and come with expanded temperature range from 20°C below ambient to 80°C. These incubator shaker units are stackable and save valuable laboratory space. These shaking incubators are equipped with large digital display viewing speed, running time, alarm condition and temperature. This digital display is clearly visible form all angles across the room and all the dark. The microprocessor based digital control let us experience an easy and hassle free operation of the units. The speed ranges from 4 to 400 rpm for small size shakers and some of models with speed range from 200 to 1500 rpm also available on demand. These incubator shaker units also comes with quiet, vibration free and reliable operation at higher loads and speeds. The outer chamber of these incubator shaker units is made of M.S. Steel Sheet duly powder coated finish and the interior part of this unit is made of high grade corrosion resistant stainless steel S.S.304 ensuring excellent stability and long lasting performance. We have installed ISI marked high end CFC free compressors. RASAYAN orbital shakers are designed for lighter workloads, with a more limited range of options. While these microprocessor-controlled shakers may not offer all the advanced features or specifications of the RASAYAN orbital shaker, they are affordably priced and offer an excellent alternative when budget constraints are an issue.
