The "Vacuum Induction Heating System inside Glove Box" essentially consist of following subsystems : Heating Chamber Cracker unit with pumping system. High Vacuum pumping system Work Table and mounted Glove Box Induction power supply with water cooled coils. Control console with system interlocks precaution etc. Data Acquisiton of logging facility
The "Vacuum Induction Heating System" consists of a twin heating chambers housed inside a glove box mounted on a work table and two independent vacuum subsystems locked underneath the glove box within the work table. The twin heating subsystem share a common induction power supply and control subsystems. At a time only one unit will be energized and therefore a selector switch is provided in the induction power supply to operate one system at a time. For the ease of operation an additional compact control console is provided close to view panel of the glove box for controlling all operational parameters.
