HORIZONTAL /VERTICAL CABINET

• The bench is made of thick plyboard. and reinforced with teak wood where ever necessary.
• All visible surfaces are laminated with white Decolam Lamination. The filter seat has rubber padding fora perfect rubber to rubbersealing. The panels are made of Perspex sheet duly framed in Anodized Aluminium frame with transparent door.
• The worktable is also covered with satin finish stainless steel 304. At the suction end the unit is provided with washable pre-filters. The pre-filters have an efficiency of 90% down to 1 Omicron particle size.
• At the Delivery end, the unit is provided with Super air H.E.P.A. Filters, comprising of non-woven microfibre glass pleated media. The pleats are separated by corrugated aluminium foil separators. initial pressure drop is i less then 25mm W.G. at rated flow D.O.P. efficiency is better than 99.97% down to 0.3 microns particle size. The H.E.P.A. filters are protected by a plastic grill.
• The Blower assembly consists of a ‘A H.P. Electric Motor of "American Universal" or equivalent make. and balanced blowers. The unit is illuminated by Flourescent tube light & U.V. germicidal light (optional).
• Fitted with static pressure manometer (acrylic body) and cock for gas. Designed to provide a work area confirming to class 100 of revised US ‘ Federal standards 209-B.

BIOSAFETY CABINET

In addition to the Vertical Laminar flow, it has a exhaust system with perforated Stainless Steel Table top.

The above cabinets can be made with body of Stainless Steel 304.

FUME HOOD Model - ZFH-2

• Chamber made of hardboard, Epoxy coated or with fireproof asbestos lining from inside with strong blower exhaust system.
• Fluorescent Light arrangement and sliding sash door with a toughened glass window in wooden / aluminium frame with counterweights.
• Power plug with socket provided inside the Chamber.
• Worktable covered with ceramic tiles for chemical resistance.
• Stainless Steel/Ceramic sink is fitted on the side (optional).
• The space beneath the worktable is provided with storage compartments (optional).
• The balanced PVC blower with stainless steel 316/ FRP acid-resistant deck and PVC pipe duct and joints is fitted at the top.
• To work on 220/230v AC 50Hz.
