Low Hydrogen Electrodes (Asian-7016): Being one of the leading organizations, we are involved in manufacturing and supplying Low Hydrogen Electrode for MMAW (Asian- 7016). The offered range conforms to the standards of Ministry of Railways RDSO Lucknow and IRSM -28/02 Class A3/B1. These components are made of steels to IS: 8500-91 Gr. 440B & 490B, IS: 1875-92 Class 2, IS: 2002-92 Gr. 1 & 2, 2A & 3 and more. These weld deposits are of radio graphic quality and stainless steels type of 3 Cr 12 IRSM-44.

Applications :

• Store the Electrodes dry
• If moist, dry Electrodes at 350C for at least one hour
• Use short arc and move slowly
