NITROGEN (N2) CABINETS

Our Nitrogen storage cabinets are designed to store electronic components between 1% to 60% RH in presence of Nitrogen (N2) gas. These cabinets provide ideal storage environment where high oxidation is a concern. In such N2 dry cabinets, air is replaced with Nitrogen gas to avoid oxidation issues. These cabinets confirm IPC/JEDEC J-STX-033C standard and available in different sizes with ESD safe paint coating.

A digital humidity controller is fitted on front top side of the cabinet, which continuously displays humidity level on LED display. User can set desired humidity level by pressing key buttons. This controller has in-built memory storage facility; in case of interruption in power supply, user does not need to set humidity level again, this controller keeps running the N2 dry cabinet at previous set value. A Nitrogen gas flow meter with control valve is also fitted on side of the cabinet. User has to connect Nitrogen gas pipe to flow meter; which automatically adjusts the flow of Nitrogen gas according to humidity level.
