Product Details:

• Newly developed Photostability chamber to meet ICH & FDA compliance & illumation in accordance with ICH-Q1B-Option-2 & 1 guidelines.
• Double walled in construction Inner made of SS 304 & Outer made of GI Powder Coated Shade in REGULAR MODEL. Inner & Outer SS 304 Matt/Buff Mirror Finish in GMP MODEL.
  
• Air circulation is provided by motorized blower firmly installed top for temp. uniformity.
• The temp. & RH% is being controlled by independent microprocessor based PID temp. controller with dual digital indicator, Class A PT 100 sensor & capitance type or Imported RH% Sensor.
  
• Heating is provided by U type SS 304 Air heate.
• Fluorescent LED tube light is fitted the at the door to provide visible light measured in LUX.
  
• UV light of wavelength 365 nm (measured in watt/ sq. m) is fitted at the top of the chamber.
• Safety interlock door switch is provided to prevent accidental UV exposure.
  
• Automatic switch of system after desired exposure of lighting energy amounting 1.2w x 1000000L x hour is achieved.
• The Humidification will be through Steam Injection System. The Stainless Steel Boiler Tank is provided having special refractory type SS Heater
  
• A reservoir tank made of SS with float valve provided for continuous supply of water to Boiler.
• Removable SS 304 Rod type shelves.
  
• Temp. Range :- 10°C to 40°C.
• Temp. Accuracy :- ±1°C
  
• RH Range :- 40% to 80%.
• RH accuracy :- ± 2% RH to ± 3% RH.

Optional

• Microprocessor based PID Temp. Controller with Printer output facility is required to record PV, SV, Actual Date/Time etc with variable print time interval, with 5000 line memory & Audio alarm facility in case of memory full.
• 21 CFR Compliance Part 11 Software Reqd.
