Vacuum Techniques designs and supplies "Vacuum Ovens" of various sizes to many prestigious customers depending on their requirement. The vacuum oven is made out of SS 304 grade material with glass wool or ceramic insulation, front hinged double doors.
The Oven consists of tubular heaters made of heavy gauge Nichrome wire on either sides with suitable insulation to attain uniform maximum temperature inside the Oven. Digital Temperature Indicator with thermocouple arrangement and PID and Thyrister Controller for heating upto a temperature of 4500C. High speed vacuum pumping system to produce clean and high vacuum in the Oven. Pirani Gauge with mechanical dial gauge for measurement of vacuum Outer Jacket with insulation and a metal casing and water cooling front door flange without mounting stand. Control Console for operating and monitoring of various parameters. Temperature measurement is done through Chromel-Alumel thermocouple. Temperature control is done through PID controller and Thyrister power supply coupled with a thermocouple. Side mounting cubical control consisting of digital indicating automatic temperature controller, Circuit breaker or contactor for motors, ON / OFF switch, indicator lights, Ammeter etc., Applications : Vacuum Ovens are used for Heating, Degassing, Annealing and Vacuum Drying.
