Vacuum Techniques "Resistive Heating Furnace" is designed for special applications like Vacuum Brazing, Annealing, hardening, Heat Treatment etc to meet various customer requirements. The furnace consists of vessel or chamber inside which the Hot Zone is created by resistive heating of Molybdenum, Tungsten, Graphite etc upto temperatures of 1300-20000C depending on the requirement.
High vacuum system with Diffusion Pump with suitable backing pump to attain vacuum of 10-5 mbar along with suitable cooling facilities for the furnace is provided. Vacuum Measuring instruments like Pirani/ Penning gauge, Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) for complete automation of the and PID for temperature programming etc. With safety interlocks etc., are included on the user requirement.
