When the raw material needs to be sampled/dispensed within a clean environment, the Sampling/Dispensing booths will provide both operator as well as product protections from external contamination.Designed and manufactured to meet the cleanliness level, as per US Federal Standards 209 E. The main body constructed out of SS 304. White lights situated in the side panels offers excellent illumination throughout the work zone through translucent sheet and is outside operators line of sight.Separate switches have been provided for the blower and white lights.In addition 5/15 amps socket/s provided inside the work zone for connecting the balance.
Superior electrical safety for the operator since all cabinets are factory tested after production at manufacturing site.Permanently lubricated direct driven centrifugal blower[s] having extremely low noises and vibration due to propriety construction and are suspended on springs.All components are designed for maximum chemical resistance for longer service life, durability and are clean room compatible.Two pressure gauges are mounted on top plenum to indicate the pressure of HEPA [supply] and return air plenum respectively.
Room air is taken in from the bottom of the cabinet through a pre filter this serves to trap larger particles and increase the life of the main filter.Air is forced evenly across the HEPA filter, the result is a stream of unidirectional air within the safe work zone of the cabinet.A nominal filter face velocity of 0.45 m/s or 90 rpm ensures that there is a sufficient member of air changes within the enclosed safe area of the cabinet in order to maintain cleanliness.The purified air (80%) travels in a vertical unidirectional stream and remaining air is exhausted through the exhaust HEPA in the top plenum.
