Stackable orbital shakers provide an ideal solution for both sensitive cultures and traditional "hard shake" applications in incubated and re-frigerated configurations. A heavy-duty, eccentric drive mechanism al-lows extended speed ranges with minimal vibration, even when unit is stacked. Microprocessor control/monitoring system allows intuitive icon-based programming and operation. Exterior is constructed of heavy-gauge, cold-rolled steel. Crevice-free type 304 stainless steel interior with coved corners and a built-in drain keeps spills contained and pro-motes easy cleaning.

 

The Thermo MaxQ 8000 Shaking Incubator gives you high capacity, digital temperature control and smooth operation without a limitation on hard shaking. This incubator shaker is powered with a triple counter balanced, minimal vibration eccentric drive mechanism, with a smooth start and stop to prevent sloshing.  This MaxQ shaker also has a cool running, 1/3hp, brushless motor with a speed range from 25 to 400 rpm at an orbit of 1”. The Maxq 8000 Incubator Shaker holds up to 12 2L Erlenmeyer flasks on the slide out platform set in the a generous, brightly lit interior with slide away door. This floor model shaking incubator is an ideal choice for demanding prokaryotic culture applications, while also being sensitive enough for eukaryotic culture applications thanks to the constant laminar flow HEPA filtration, stainless steel coved corner design, and single-piece chamber.

 

The Thermo MaxQ 8000 Shaking Incubator can be stacked up to three units high to maximize capacity and  is microprocessor controlled. The back lit digital display of this Thermo Maxq shows both set points and current run stats in real time. Users can select their temperatures between 10°C above Ambient to 60°C with tight temperature uniformity, and time for the run, up to 199 hr. and 59 min or select continuous. This incubator shaker has safety measures such tracking alarms, visual and audible, for under and over temperature, with independent probe, high low speed tracking in case of deviation, and the units can be set up for remote monitoring.
