Super Magnifying Eccentricity Testers
Product Details:
The Super Magnifying Eccentricity Tester is specially designed with advanced technology for testing of eccentricity of welding electrodes by which microscopic images of the test sample become visible by naked eye on the glass screen. The tester can be used for Shadow Graph for V-Notch broach.

Operation:
There wet electrode is placed in the “V” Block and it is to be rotated with a little pressure. The Flux is removed from electrode at the point of V-Block and the electrode will rotate with core wire. The Flux Coating around the core wire is magnified and projected on the screen. When the electrode is rotated the eccentricity is observed and accordingly the Extrusion Machine can be adjusted.
