Specifications:

• Variable Load Controller is an important component of Air Quality Management System and is utilized for controlling the power being fed to the Ozone Generating Modules
• It gets signals from the Central Controller. These signals are for Switching ON/OFF and increasing or decreasing the output of the Ozone Generation. The Input is a variable D.C. voltage from the Central Controller
• Variable Load Controller is located in a Control Panel. This enclosure integrates inter-connection of all the major components like Sensors for VOC, CO₂ and Ozone, Ozone Generating Modules and the signals from the Central Controller.
• The output of VOC, CO₂ and Ozone Modules can also be displayed on this Control Panel through a 4.3” colored touch screen Display. Most of the adjustments, calibrations and check-ups can be carried out from this display only
• Variable Load Controller will be fully factory assembled. Field provided connections will be limited to power wiring only
• The Controller will be provided with terminal block to connect incoming power, variable outgoing power, and for interlocking to AHU motor or other air moving device
• The Controller will be provided with a 4.3” Touch Screen Display along with a rocker switch to choose Automatic or manual Mode of operation. In the Manual Bypass Mode, voltage output of the Controller will be 100% of Input voltage, regardless of the level of VOC
