Inner ceramic board muffle placed vertical sideways Silicon carbide rod heating elements and embedded with high quality ceramic board and ceramic fiber to avoid heat loss.In between muffle and outer walls insulated with high quality ceramic board and light
weight ceramic fiber.
Temperature range 5ºC. Above ambient to 1450 º C.
Accuracy /- 5 ºC.
Temperature controlled by Microprocessor based PID controller with dual display (Process value and set value), low and high limit setting.
Heating Element: Silicon Carbide Rod with 5 KW thyristerised Controller. PTPT RH thermocouple
