Viscometer Bath

Kinematic Viscometer Bath: IS:1206
Used to maintain the correct and constant temperate for estimating kinematic viscosity at 135°C and Absolute Viscosity at 60°C.
About 25liter capacity tank is made of Borosil glass with full visibility to viscometers inside. Fitted with FHP stirrer with variable RPM control. A SS immersion heater is provided to heat the fluid inside the bath, temperature is controlled by Digital PI controller with an accuracy of 0.1°C and maximum temperature from 5°C ambient to 150°C.
Thermal fluid with a boiling point above 175°C and flash point above 200°C may be supplied to test specimen at 135°C.
Available in 6-12 viscometer capacity, with or without viscometer holder.

Vacuum system: IS:1206
form maintaining vacuum of 30cms±0.5mm through diaphragm vacuum regulator automatically, Unit built in with dry vacuum pump 220V AC operated and vacuum manifold to use upto 3 port at a time, with Borosil glass mercury manometer fitted with surge tank and bleed valve. Unit supplied complete with vacuum pump, vacuum regulator, manometer, analog vacuum gauge.
