Product Details:

• Ideal for chilling & condensing operations in Rotary Vacuum Evaporation, and for Viscometer purpose.
• Double walled in construction Inner made of SS 304 & Exterior made of GI sheet duly finished in GI powder coated shade in REGULAR MODEL.
  
• Inner SS 304/SS 316 & Exterior SS 304 Matt/Buff finish in GMP MODEL.
• The high grade PUFF insulation provided in between the wall to minimize the heat loss.
  
• The Temp. is being controlled by Microprocessor based PID Temp. Controller with Dual Digital Indicator & PT-100 sensor.
• Heating is provided by ‘U’ type SS heaters.
  
• The cooling kit includes hermetically sealed compressor, condenser, fan motor etc. and are safely placed below the chamber. Cooling kit CFC free.
• The unit consist with Pump cum Stirring Assembly for Internal as well as External circulation & better Temp. uniformity. The External Head upto 5/6 feet only.
  
• Pump Output :- 5/7 Ltr. Per Minute.
• Cooling Coil is provided inside the chamber.

Optional

• ALARM facility to alert incase of Temp. Overshoot.
• PRINTER OUTPUT facility required to record PV, SV, Actual Date/Time with variable print time interval, 5000 line memory & Audio alarm facility in case of memory full.
  
• Flexible SS 304 braided hose pipe with insulation cover can be provided.
• Low level detection of Brine/Fluid with Audio Alarm facility.
