BOTTOM LOADING FURNACE

Bottom loading furnace is considered most uniform heat distribution furnace because heating elements are fitted all four sides of the inner chamber. In this furnace, door is fitted at bottom, which is lifted with smooth motor drive mechanism. In such furnace, material is put on bottom of the door; an electric elevator hearth lifts the door / bottom up and brings it to the heating zone. It is commonly used for firing ceramics and melting glass.

Our standard model of bottom loading furnace comes with 1600°C working temperature and equipped with four sides heating of Mosi2 heating elements. An imported programmable temperature is fitted at front side of the furnace which lets you select temperature ramp rate and soak time.
