For the rapid milling of laboratory samples of desiccated plant tissue or similar materials. Fitted with rugged, compact ¼ HP Motor. In use samples are introduced through the hopper at the top & agitated by the high speed of the rotor until cut to sufficient fineness tofall through the screen top of the removable delivery tube which forms the bottom of the mill chamber. A removable polished glass/perpex plate cover over the face of the chamber size permits observation of the sample during operation and provide easy access to the chamber for cleaning. 3 speed can be obtained by changing the position of V-belt.

Small samples can be collected in a 22mm square x 19mm deep receiver which fits directly over the lower end of the delivery tube, larger samples can be collected in a 4 oz screw top jar which can be attached to the lower end of the delivery tube by means of a special threaded adapter. Supplied complete with hopper with cover, wooden plunger, three delivery tubes with tops of 20,40 & 60mesh screen respectively & receiver. FOR OPERATION 230 VOLTS A.C.SINGLE PHASE.
