Special Features

• Construction of triple wall at heavy angle, painted with inner chamber temporary made of light steel. Ending with resistant paint and outer hammer tone paint
• Good mixing of convection system forced by motor and blower, ensures strong dispersion and does not contain high temperature uniformity and no cross contamination inside the chamber.
  
• Air movement is provided by the heavy duty blower with the ventilator on top of the haven.
• Filling of mineral wool (insulation) in the middle of the outer body and inner chamber prevents thermal damage.
  
• Door gasket fixed on a double walled door for proper sealing.
• Heavy hinges with ball catcher, spring loaded door closing device. Door is duly insulated.
  
• Tubular air heaters made of SS are placed at the bottom and sides for the same heat distribution.
• Temperature is controlled by 50°C to 250°C electronic +5°C electronic digital temperature indicator co-controller. Fit on the front panel for easy operation.
  
• The temperature is displayed by the digital LED in front of the oven with SV and PV display.
• Front panel is provided with ON / OFF switch, temperature controller and indicator
  
• Along with other items but without trays and trolley supplied
• Operating voltage: 440 volts three phase AC supply.
