Construction:-

Aero Biotech biological sampler is composed of two parts.

UPPER PART and LOWER PART:-

• In the upper part-including the samplinghead,culture dish pedestal, sampling pump, sampling pump pedestal, sampling pump power supply.
• In the lower part-including the controlling plate, memory, LCD monitor, Keyboard,battery package,

The sampler can be used with AC/DC. There is aswitch and jack at the back bottom of theinstrument.

• When instrument isused onDC, switch is on for the battery supply.
• When used on AC supply, plug in the equipment to7.4 AC adapter
• When the switchison, it’s under the status of charging.
• When the switch is off, the 7.4v AC adapter works and maintains the status full charge.

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

• Remove the sampling head andplace the petri dishholding the culture medium with the diameter of 90mm to the dish pedestaland adjust the dish to thehorizontal level. Adjust the locating rod to make the reticle at the same plane as that of the culturemedium and install the sampling head.
• Switch on the electric power source and the screen displays the previous sampling data and time.Press the UP and DOWN key to check the historical data in the memory .press the stop key to make the systementer the “sampling ready status.Then the current data and time are displayed and the sampling value is displayed as ZERO.
• Discharge the “CLOSURE DOOR”
• Press the “sampling” key system to enter the sampling status and start the sampling pump and counter according to the deferred time.Now the sampling quantity gradually accumulates to the set value, the counting stop automatically, close the
• sampling pump and store the current sampling quantity,time date in the internal memory.
• Under the sampling status, press “STOP” key to stop the sampling work,close the sampling pump,stop the accumulation of the sampling volume,press “STOP” key again to clear the current display and enter the sampling ready status.
