Deval Abrasion

We are involved in offering Deval Abrasion that is used for determination of resistance of aggregate to wear because of abrasion. It has two hollow cylinders that is closed at one end and is provided with tightly fitting covers at the other end. Internal diameter of the cylinder is 20 cms and 34 cms depth. The cylinders are perfectly mounted on a shaft at an angle of about 30° with the axis of rotation. The shaft rotates at 30-33 rpm with a reduction gear and coupled to a motor. It is suitable for operation on 440 volts and three phases of 50 cycles. We supply this with a counter, push button starter and12 nos of cast iron spheres or steel spheres (steel balls) hardened that is approx. 48 mm in diameter each weighing 380-445 gm.
