We provide our clients Sieve Shaker Gyratory that is designed to carry up to 7 sieves of about 6 inch or 8 inch diameter. A 12 inch dia. sieves are used with the help of adaptor. A 1/4 HP motor through a reduction gear is immersed in oil drives the shaker. The sieve table dies does not rotate but is conveniently inclined from the vertical axis. However, the direction of inclination changes gradually in clockwise direction. But, if the stop-pin under the table is removed, the shaker can have a rotary motion. Apart from this, in Gyratory motion of the table, there is an upward as well as downward movement that ensures the utilization of each square cm of the sieve. A pair of rods and a holder is also supplied with this product. The holder can be easily fixed on the top of the upper most sieves, which make the sieve set is firmly. This makes these products suitable for operation on 230 volts, 50 cycles single phase.
