Biovis CASA2000 system provides a computerized image analysis solution for Semen analysis. With the system we can automatically identify and track each sperm in the semen sample and analyze its characteristic movements and morphology.

• Motility : Automatic analysis of sperm motility and concentrations for one or several fields per sample. Trajectory determination of sperms
• Spermiogram/Morphometry : Complete morphometric analysis to include head, neck and tail details
• Sort : Interactive tagging/sorting of normal and abnormal sperm
• Color based classification : Automatically classify sperm based on color (for stained/fluorescently tagged sperms)
