All external cases are made of mild steel with strong seamless welding and covered with a thick layer of stoved epoxy-polyester paint. This provides a strong, highly scratch and heat resistant surface for a long lasting attractive finish. It is a solid block heated unit with provision for samples to be designed at a time in 38 mm. dia reaction vessels with 20 ml sample size to heat at temp. of 150 d C + 1 d C controlled solid state digital temp. indicator-cum controller with digital timer, the samples after being digested for 2 hours can be analyses using calorimeter or conventional titration method. 220/230 volts
