(the weight are approximate and may vary from piece to piece) Consuming about 3.5 kg of liquid carbon dioxide contained in cylinder. Dry ice, thus produced, has the advantage of having fewer problems with storage, since, it can be produced, even in smaller quantities, from compressed carbon-di-oxideas and when needed with no sublimation losses. What is Dry ice? Dry ice is frozen carbon-di-oxide It is white in colour (snow like) non inflammable, its freezing temperature is (-) 78.5°c The low temperature and direct sublimation to gas, makes Dry ice an effective coolant, since, it is coder than water ice and leaves no residue as it changes state Technical Specifications The Dry ice maker is made of steel & brass made to withstand low temperature and resulting moisture to last long.
