The semi-automatic microtome is equipped with an electronic servo drive. This considerably facilitates the operation with long-lasting cutting sequences. Cutting can be started either on the hand panel or on a footswitch (optional).

Can be cut in 3 variations on the hand panel: → Jog mode → Single stroke (alternatively with foot switch) → Continuous stroke

Additional high-speed button allows quick cutting. Pressing the Stop key will hold the object in the current position. The cutting speed can be set from 1 to 150 strokes per minute. Grobtrieb left (hand wheel) with slip clutch. Fine delivery with collision protection. Optimum object guidance due to play and maintenance-free crossed roller guide with positively guided roller cages. Precise clamping for knife carrier with optimum displacement. Automatic object withdrawal.
