Zero Air Generator produces a continuous flow of highpurity Zero Air at selected pressure• For TOC Analyzer, compressor takes the air fromatmosphere, the hot air is then passed through coppercooling coil• The cool air is then passed through furnace wherehydrocarbons are cracked at high temperature (temp.range - 300°C to 400°C) in presence of catalyst. Thefurnace reaction at higher temperature breaks thehydrocarbon into CO2 & H O 2• Water is drained away through 5μ & 0.01μ filter• The modular pressure swing adsorption (PSA) unitoperates with alternating pressure increase anddecrease• Untreated air flows under pressure through thereaction towers containing molecular sieve adsorber• Moisture, CO, CO , THC and other unwanted 2components in the air are adsorbed, leaving Zero AirGas• The Zero Air Generators are suitable for use inlaboratories and industrial environments.
