Description :

        This Machine Load Applied to a least count of 10kg, with an accuracy of ±1%. It shall be possible to pre-setthe ram force anywhere between the ranges of 10% of the working force to the maximum capacity, through a pressure selector switch with load indication on a calibration DRO. Electric limit Switches shall be provided for stopping the ram at extreme positions. The panel shall be placed in a dust proof enclosure . Pilot lamps to indicates the status of various functions shall be provided on the control pannel. The Spring Height before and After deflection shall be measurable and displayed. The Spring Heights shall be measured & displayed to a least count of 1mm, with an accuracy of ±1mm. It shall be Possible to select the zero detum at any ram position. The Load being appiled on the spring at any given time shall be continuously monitored & simultaneously display on DRO.
