Tray Dryer Machine is used for the purpose of drying results in the conventional process. It has a double walled cabinet with one or two doors. The gap in between is filled with high-density fiberglass wool insulation material to avoid excess heat transfer. Doors are provided with gaskets and the stainless steel trays are placed on the rack. Dynamically balanced axial flow type blower fans are given for uniform air circulation in the drying chamber during the process. It is also a digital temperature controller cum indicator. The capacity ranges from 6, 12, 24, 48, 96, 192,240 trays. Standard & GMP models are also available with SS / MS internals & externals.
